What is Juuzou?

Juuzou is a Mythic kit. With Nagumo, ultimate charge rate increases 20%. His ultimate gained a cooldown on October 1. Skill 1 missing at close range was fixed across October 1 and 2. The charge bonus matters after both weapons are evolved, because the ultimate is locked until evolution.
