Titles are chat badges beside your name in the lobby and in runs. They are cosmetic. Equipped-title display was added October 1. On October 2 the menu started showing progress, including on mobile, and a bug that mixed up Divine Emperor and Immortal Sovereign was fixed.

Equip the first clear title as soon as the menu shows it. Do not build a route around Divine Emperor or Immortal Sovereign until the menu tells you the requirement. The Miyabi condition is not in the patch notes. If you attempt it anyway, Nightmare's health and payout are on the difficulty page, and Miyabi's pair bonus is with Saber, not a damage aura.
